The One With The Eee PC Webcam

I know I’ve been talking nothing but Eee PC lately. I just can’t help it. This little bugger is the best thing I ever bought with my hard-earned cash.
Anyway, going back to the premise of this entry’s title, the Eee PC 4g’s webcam is a 0.3 megapixel baby. It’s not high-end but decent enough to take a Friendster photo such as this one:
It’s not a composition error. My girlfriend preferred her face occupied only the left side of the picture.
On the other hand, my officemates Acey and Yula covered the whole frame.

The EEE PC is terribly cute and whenever I see one, I always get the compulsion to buy one. Unfortunately, I’m reminded of how empty my bank account is and just dream on.
Did you know they just released a new version? Damn, and you could have bought that one!
The Eee PC 900 is only bigger in size and has a different trackpad. The specs are the same.
And it’s much more expensive. If I buy that, I’d think of getting a full-blown laptop instead.
Oh, was it? Too bad. I just thought that your EEE might’ve had too small a screen.
